I keep this simple: I don’t sell your data and I don’t build personal profiles of visitors.
Cookies & ads. This site uses the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel only to measure how my ads perform and to reach people who’ve shown interest. It loads only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner — decline and it never runs. I also use privacy-friendly, aggregate visitor statistics that don’t identify you or follow you across other websites.
Information you send me. If you use the contact or order form, or sign up for updates, I use those details (name, email, and for orders a delivery address) only to reply, complete your order, or send the updates you asked for — nothing more. Acquiring a fragment is also part of an art project with its own conditions: a limited number of parts, and — only with the consent you give at the time — a photo of you published on this site as part of the work. Payments run through Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer; I never see your card details.
Your choices. You can accept or decline cookies at any time (clearing this site’s cookies resets your choice). You can ask to see or delete your data, or unsubscribe from updates whenever you like — just email bker.concepts@gmail.com. You may also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
