The Participants

The project resonated widely among individuals from diverse backgrounds and professions. Those involved in Boundless Mutual Connection Through Art carry the work far beyond its moment of creation.

Candy Colors over Destruction, a tribute to the children of Homs, continues through them, dispersed into 300 fragments, each following its own path, place, and time.

By holding a fragment, each person becomes part of a larger, unfolding narrative shaped by chance, echoing the unpredictable routes of displacement. Their role is not passive, but an act of witnessing, carrying memory across borders and time.

Through their engagement, the work transforms into a living network of connection, where every fragment holds both an individual story and the presence of an unseen, enduring whole.

In March 2021 Candy Colors over Destruction was exhibited in Gallery 23
